Active meditation for cultivating and strengthening the body, releasing tensions in the spine, purifying the emotions, cleansing the consciousness and making a real connection to the heart.
Qigong is an holistic art that combines three “dimensions” or aspects of our personality: body, emotions (heart) and consciousness. We practice paying attention to the energetic flow within the body, to the different energetic centers, and how each center affects the other. The activity is physical, but the mind helps and supports the flow of Qi within our body.
