Authentic relating [Online & In-person]

The Mamas & The Papas is a warm and inviting space among fellow parents and parents to be, where you are welcome and encouraged to bring your raw authentic self and to share your true experiences as a parent. We allow ourselves to see and be seen with non-judgemental loving presence. We ask for what we need and shed what is no longer serving us. We connect deeply with our tribe and feel totally supported and nourished so we may bring a more radiant light to energize ourselves and our families.

Forest Soleil guides the full group through intimate, authentic relating games first and allows space for sharing and integration. Then, we break out into separate circles – The Mamas, and separately, The Papas – where each person has the opportunity to share what is most alive for them in this present moment while their sisters/brothers deeply listen.
