Playing Improv Games – We will be sharing, connecting, loving, meditating, dancing and celebrating!!!

We will use embodiment techniques to create a safe, playful space where our inner child can come and reconnect to our adult self.
Embodiment tools can help us to start changing the patterns, programmed beliefs and script we adopted to survive, that is not serving us anymore.
The aim of this circle is to practice being kinder to ourselves, and hold the inner child in a loving, nurturing way, so we can connect to others and share in the present moment.
