Divine feminine embodiment dance w/ Trina Tamrakar [Online]

This program is designed to bring in all of the elements of Nature to support our release through movement, and then, embodiment of our higher selves through dance. This dance can be utilized to remove any limiting beliefs around our bodies and our sensuality. If one feels called, with a pure intention, movement magic can also bring to surface past traumas stored in our bodies in order to be healed. It can also result in freeing inhibitions, freeing any patterns held in the body, getting in touch with our inner child and feeling free! And getting in touch with our sacred sensuality and our higher self, embodying HER. And getting into “flow states”!
